In this talk, the progress of high speed global shutter CMOS image sensors development will be presented. By introducing the pixel-wise analog memory array and newly developed signal readout scheme, a frame period of photo-electrons transit time is achieved. The fabricated global shutter CMOS image sensor chip prototyping a 3D stacked structure achieved 125Mfps with 40 record length under room temperature without any cooling systems.
